It's been too long
I didn't realize it had been so long since I wrote my last post! I knew it had been a few days, but apparently my sense of time is completely whacked!
So I completely fell off the wagon. Went back to my awful eating habits and drinking lots of pop. I'll blame the end of school and Judo busy-ness, and working a lot, along with the warmer temps and a clogged sink but really, I'm just looking for excuses. Ate out quite a bit more than I had wanted/hoped to. I also realized that I haven't been drinking any of my tea.
So today I started back up again. I took the kids out for a day of fun, which included lunch. I just bought an appetizer instead of a full lunch, and I didn't even finish it all. I listened to my body and stopped when I felt full. At the movies, I only had a 1/4 of a bag of popcorn and threw half the bag out.
Now, because of the clogged sink, I can't use my kitchen sink or dishwasher since they're piped together. I went out and bought paper plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery. I made shrimp and rice for my dinner and that paper bowl was fantastic for portioning! Too bad they're so god awful for the planet.
Now I'm sitting with my cat and having my first iced tea in over a week. Erik gave me home workouts to do, and tomorrow, I will be doing that and cutting back on the Pepsi and eating out!
